Day Ten

Wow, I really didn't think I would be able to ever say this, but after 25 years of smoking almost 2 packs a day I've finally faced my demon. December 20th was my quit day and today was day 10...that's 10 successful days! I'm feeling good about it, and strong...I can do it! Now, today was not a good day...one of those emotional, stressful, full of family drama type of days; but I made it through. Each day is a bit easier than the last but today was the day that I definitely realized that I can do it, and I will do it...Go Me!!!! ( I think this calls for a layout, don't you?)

Definitely calls for a layout!! Yay for you - I know you can do it!!! I smoked for about 3 years... quite when I was pregnant with the oldest... it took a quite a while, but you do get to a point again when even the smell bothers you. :P

remember all the health benefits, too!! You'll be feeling better soon. :)

way to go! I quit last September after smoking 40 years- it was by far the most difficult thing I have ever done - you can do it.

That is awesome! Congrats and make sure you keep on keeping on. It is hard, but so worth it! I have been smoke free for over 9 years.
