A new class, some {ippity} and a bitty sneak!

Today I'm going to share a project I made for my next class, a fun canvas with an  attached stand that was inspired by a project I saw at CHA this year.  Papers are from the Girl's Paperie by Margie (I LOVE this line!), the rose is from Melissa Francis and the stamps are from the {ippity} sets "Here and Now" and "A Moment in Time"

Counting down the days till the next {ippity} release - Mark your calendars for June 5th!   All new sets will be in stock and available for purchase through me on that date!

...and here's a little sneak peak of what's in store!

A bit of {ippity} goodness...

and a pretty color combination brought to you by the Play Date Cafe!   I dug deep into my bag of scraps to find this pretty piece of chatterbox paper, added 4 different {ippity} sets (okay, one of them technically isn't a "set") and came up with this design.  Can you tell which {ippity} sets I used?

Monday, Monday...

Hello everyone, time for another h{ippity} hop, so it must be Monday!  Without further ado, here are the cards I'm sharing with you:

First is a card based on the color challenge at The Play Date Cafe: A photo inspiration with shades of orange pink and yellow.  I used some old My Mind's Eye paper (possibly Wild Asparagus) I had in my stash, added images from You Deserve , Bitty Pixie Paisley and A Moment in Time.  A bit of ribbon, some dew drops and pink rhinestones finish it off.

Next is a card based on sketch # 87 at Card Patterns.  Papers are from 7 Gypsies, images are from Fall For You , A Bit of Burlap (the texture on the pumpkin) and the House a Home set.  Lace, grosgrain ribbon, a vintage button and some twine finish it off.

All {ippity} stamp sets are available for purchase right Here!

The full listing of h{ippity} hop participants can be found Here!

Thanks for stopping by, have a great week!  Till next time...

Oh the joy of a long weekend!

A long weekend, the promise of cooler weather and a Friends with Flair Blog Hop...no better way to start the weekend!  My blog has been sorely neglected for the past several weeks, but with vacation behind me I should be back on track!  I have a few cards to share today.   First off I finally inked up that fabulous manly {ippity} set, "Authentic man"  I paired it with some Bella Boulevard papers, a couple banged up brads ( I knew I bought that hammer for a reason!) A blender pen and markers colored in the car and the headlights are accented with a yellow spica pen:

Next up is a simple one layer card on craft cardstock using several {ippity} sets: "So This is Love", "Life is the Journey" and "A Moment in Time". A bit of ink was sponged on the edges to soften things up and a thick bit of knotted twine finishes it off.

Thanks for stopping by I've missed our visits!  Have you found the secret blinkie yet?  still looking for it? Next up on the hop is Lisa! and the full list of participants can be found on the Unity blog.

Interested in any of the {ippity} stamps you see here?  You can get them here - on my newly redesigned, (and still a work in progress) {ippity} sales site.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

FWF and new ippity!

Good Morning everyone, welcome to another Friends with Flair - which means it's Friday and that's good news! The card I have to share today was made using three of the new Spring Release {ippity} sets: The sentiment is in the "A Moment in Time" set, the Label outline is in the "Season of Joy" set and those adorable corners are in the "Fall for You" set. The background paper is My Mind's Eye and the polka dot is from October Afternoon. Finishing touches include machine stitching, a bit of gingham ribbon and a bit of trim from Webster's Pages.

Make sure you check out the Unity blog for the full list of FWF participants. Leave a little love everywhere you go, but most importantly, keep on the lookout for that secret blinkie - you just might be the lucky winner!

Have a WonDerFul weekend people!!!

Spring 2010 {ippity} release is finally here!!!

oohoo! So excited to be a part of the new release hop. I'll try to keep this short and sweet. I have one project to show you, using stamps from 5 of the new sets. My apologies for the quality of the picture - that's what you get when you try to photograph projects at midnight! Stamps sets used include: Now & Always, The Simple Things, Books a Flutter ( I took the butterfly off the stack of books and attached it to my flower) A bit of Burlap and A Moment in Time. The wreath is made out of lunch bags, stamped with a bit of burlap and misted with perfect pearls.

I have full inventory of all the new Spring 2010 release sets currently in stock and available on my {ippity} site, and will continue to carry all previous releases. All purchases of previous release sets will receive a 6x6 card kit including matching embellishments. Thanks so much for stopping by and especially for taking the time to leave a comment, they make my day!
The full listing of the blog participants can be found on the {ippity} blog!
