Delightful Friday
And another Friday is upon us, with another fantastic FWF lineup, as always! This week I have a card to share using a quote from The "Delightful Little Things" ippity set and the Butterfly from the "Now and Always" set. All patterned paper from Basic Grey, and this EK Success border punch is my newest addiction - I just can't seem to get bored with this pretty little scallop. Thanks for stopping by and have fun on your quest for the blinkie! Your next stop on the hop is Jennine and the full list of participants can be found Here!

Same Sketch, different card
Good morning everyone, welcome to Friday! Looking forward to another great FWF, a fantastic weekend and the promise of some cooler weather! The first card I have to share today is based on the same sketch as yesterday's card, but a totally different look. I used scraps of Jenni Bowlin, the "Faith Blooms" kit and the oh so wonderful "Just Wanted to Say" set. A hand doodled border around the image, a snippet of ribbon and those adorable tiny staples finish it off.
The second card is a super simple CAS card made for this week's Castastic challenge, which called for a Kraft-y Kreation. So - I wanted to see if my new sizzix Rose die would cut felt. It did. that made me happy: Sentiment from the "Just wanted to Say" set. again. Cause they fit on tiny tags so nicely.
Thanks for stopping by, have fun searching through all the amazing participants on your quest for the blinkie!

FWF, TGIF and a BSS challenge!
Hiya everyone hope your week went smoothly! Today I have a card that was inspired by a challenge at my not so local stamping store, Buffalo Stamps and Stuff. The challenge was to use a background stamp (Hero Arts Dots) a die cut (Nestie label) and embossing (Cuttlebug script embossing folder) The bird and sentiment are both Unity stamps. The blingy brad has been in my stash for so long I can't remember where it came from - same as the ribbon. Lots of distress ink to soften the edges, and tada..all done!
Thanks for stopping by today, remember....that secret blinkie is out there somewhere...just check out all these blogs! Have a fantabulous weekend everyone!!!

Another FWF Friday!
So excited for the weekend, going strawberry picking on Saturday, getting our first organic farm share of the season and will be putting up some strawberry jam...yum! The dress for the rehersal dinner is in da house (along with matching shoes) and I'm loving it! Still waiting on the dress for the actual wedding - any day now... The wedding present is on it's way, just got shippment confirmation - things are coming together! OK, enough babble...Friends with Flair!
I used three {ippity} stamp sets for this card, Season of Joy, Fall for You, and Simple Things. Paper is from My Mind's Eye and SU! cardstock. Accented with dew drops, ribbon, twine and a gold Krylon Leafing pen. I used sketch #64 from Card Patterns as my inspiration:

Thanks for stopping by, your comments always start my weekend off right! As always, the full list of participants is on the Unity Blog - May you find creativity and inspiration on your quest for the secret blinkie!

Good Morning everyone, welcome to another Friends with Flair - which means it's Friday and that's good news! The card I have to share today was made using three of the new Spring Release {ippity} sets: The sentiment is in the "A Moment in Time" set, the Label outline is in the "Season of Joy" set and those adorable corners are in the "Fall for You" set. The background paper is My Mind's Eye and the polka dot is from October Afternoon. Finishing touches include machine stitching, a bit of gingham ribbon and a bit of trim from Webster's Pages.

Make sure you check out the Unity blog for the full list of FWF participants. Leave a little love everywhere you go, but most importantly, keep on the lookout for that secret blinkie - you just might be the lucky winner!

FWF , TGIF and Happy Mother's day!
Good Morning everyone, Hope you're all having a sunny, happy Friday! I was so excited to see this quote in the April Unity kit, as it is one of my all time favorites, so I decided to pair it with some other favorites: my favorite color (green) my Favorite embossing powder (which is also green - go figure), my favorite technique (torn distressed edges) and of course, my favorite ink (Ranger Distress ink), this time I used Pumice stone, which I think is fast becoming one of my favorites! The background paper is Everafter by Cosmo Cricket.

Remember to keep an eye out for the secret Blinkie...you may be the lucky one! The ful list of hop participants can be found right here at the Unity Blog.
Just 2 more days till The Spring 2010 {ippity} sneaks start, With the full reveal on May 13th. I'm all stocked up and ready to go - all new sets will be available for order on my [ippity} site the morning of the 13th! you are going to just ADORE these sets, really, I didn't think they could get any better, but honestly, they have surpassed themselves this time!

A beautiful, bright Friday here in Jersey...Hope you're all having a fantastic day! For this week's FWF, I have a sunny CAS card to share with you all. I used the April Unity kit and Pink Paislee's 365 paper to pull this card together in a snap. The longest thing about this card was the drying time for the stickles!

Got Flair?
Welcome to another Unity Friends with Flair Friday, thanks for stopping by! A couple years ago I bought this cute shaped 8 x 8 Making Memories scrapbook. It's sat in my closet since then and every time I moved it to reach for something else I thought...one of these days I'm gonna do something with that. Well that day has finally come, I decided to fill it with pages specifically about my girls together. At first it was going to be a present for Monika, but then I realized I would have to make another one for Magda, so I just decided to make it for myself...they can fight over who gets it (or gets stuck with it!) later. This Christmas, I got some adorable pictures of the girls and their boyfriends. Her are a couple double page 8x8 spreads I made for my book, using the Kissmas and Mistletoe set from {ippity}

And here's how I decorated the outside of the chipboard book:

Friends with Flair!
Happy Friday everyone and welcome to my first ever Friends with Flair post. I'm so excited to be participating with this fun Unity blogging event! Hidden amongst the blog hop participants is a secret blinkie that could win you some awesome Unity rubber when you leave a comment on that post!!! Make sure you check the Unity Blog for the complete list of participants! Today I have a few projects to share with you; First, an altered box that was originally a chipboard purse but i removed the handle...no idea yet what I want to store in it, but I'm sure it'll make a good home for something! The sentiment is from the "Music of my Heart" {ippity} stamp set and the papers are graphic 45:

Next is a layout with some SEI paper (I wasn't sure what I would do with the monsters on the paper, but I definitely liked the simple design on the backside of the paper!), KaiserCraft paper, some black eyelet trim and a journal tag made with stamps from the "Regal Greetings" {ippity} set.

Thanks for dropping by and have fun on your quest for the blinkie!
