Happy Monday!

Hello everyone, thought I'd share a couple cards this beautiful Monday Morning - First is a card I created for one of the April ippity challenges - the color challenge to be exact.  I used some scraps of 7 gypsies paper and stamps from the "Music of My Heart" set. (both the sentiment and the music notes background)   I finished it off with some ribbon, brads and distress ink:

Next is a card I made for the challenge over at Just Us Girls.    It's a technique challenge - emboss resist.  I used several stamps from the {ippity} collection,  distress inks for the background and a squirt of glimmer mist (which you can't really see in the pic, but I promise you it's there)  A bit of fiber, some silver leafing and a button finish it of.

Thanks for stopping by, hope you have a fantastic week!

It's Friday again!

(sung to the tune of "It's raining again" by Supertramp...cause it is...both raining and Friday that is)  Welcome to another Friends with Flair Blog hop, this week I have some ippity goodness to share with you!    First is a simple blocked card I made for  an ad inspiration challenge I am hosting at Treasured Scrapbooking.   Easy peasy 10 minute card!  The sentiment is from the Music of my Heart ippity set and the little heart is from the House a Home ippity set.  A button, baker's twine and a bit if stickles finish it off:

Next is another quick and simple card, but I was very happy with how it came out.  I embossed the leaves from The Simple Things ippity set with distress embossing powders on a scrap of Basic Grey background paper. The sentiment is from The Music of My Heart ippity set.  A gold mat, thin gold cord and brads finish it off.  (This is one of those cases of:  it looks way better in real life, LOL)

All {ippity} stamp sets are available for purchase right Here!

Friends, Friday and Fall!

Happy Friday everyone, hope you all have some wonderful plans in mind for the weekend!  Tomorrow is our annual pumpkin picking, apple cider drinking fall celebration day and I'm so excited!  Hoping to get a bit of creating squeezed in sometime during the weekend too...I've been feeling a bit uninspired this week - must have overdone it at scrap camp last weekend!  Today I have a couple {ippity} projects to share that I made at scrap camp.  First is a CAS card I made using the monthly card kit from Treasured Scrapbooking.  The paper is Pink Paislee, I have no idea where the cute little silver flowers are from and the flower centers are pom-poms cut from some trim.  The sentiment is from the Music of my Heart set.

Next is a darling gift card holder.  I stumbled upon this design while browsing blogs a few years ago, unfortunately I have no idea where so I can't give proper credit - but really what a cute idea is this!   I used Echo Park paper and the tag is stamped with Dots For Sure and the sentiment is from the Fall for You set.  I think I might be making a bunch of these for Christmas!  Have I mentioned how much I adore my Bow-Easy???

All {ippity} stamp sets are available for purchase right Here!

Full listing of FWF participants can be found Here!  (remember - one of them has the super special secret blinkie!)

Monday Hop with a bit of ippity!

Good Morning everyone, welcome to another {ippity} hop Monday! Had a super busy weekend - All day Saturday was devoted to Wedding running around stuff (pick up wedding dress, get shoes, work on favors...) Sunday was my son's 19th birthday and Mother's day...so I didn't get a chance to get up to my craft room to make this week's hop card until almost midnight! I played around with some October afternoon paper, (I just love this line!) added the birdies from the What Matter's Most set and a sentiment from the Music of My Heart set. A length of gingham, a straight pin, some distress ink and some stickles added the finishing touches.

The {ippity} blog has the full list of hop participants, make sure you check all the yummy {ippity} goodness out - always lots of inspiration on this hop!

Happy Friday everyone and welcome to my first ever Friends with Flair post. I'm so excited to be participating with this fun Unity blogging event! Hidden amongst the blog hop participants is a secret blinkie that could win you some awesome Unity rubber when you leave a comment on that post!!! Make sure you check the Unity Blog for the complete list of participants! Today I have a few projects to share with you; First, an altered box that was originally a chipboard purse but i removed the handle...no idea yet what I want to store in it, but I'm sure it'll make a good home for something! The sentiment is from the "Music of my Heart" {ippity} stamp set and the papers are graphic 45:

Next is a layout with some SEI paper (I wasn't sure what I would do with the monsters on the paper, but I definitely liked the simple design on the backside of the paper!), KaiserCraft paper, some black eyelet trim and a journal tag made with stamps from the "Regal Greetings" {ippity} set.

Thanks for dropping by and have fun on your quest for the blinkie!

Happy Dyngus Day!!!

Hope you all had a wonderful Easter, Happy Dyngus Day everyone!!! I was so sad to miss last week's {ippity}hop, I had been to a 4 day ScrapCamp get away that weekend with no internet connection and it was too late to sign up by the time I got home! So much new stuff to share from the weekend, I think I'm going to spread the love around a bit and share a few things here and there throughout the week. Today I have a card and a layout to share. First, here's a page I made using the journaling block from the "love in return" set...I just love that it fits so perfectly in this nestie! Hubbie and I went to Long Beach when CHA was over and spent a wonderful day at the harbor:

Here's a sparkly little card I made with the "Music of My Heart" and "Regal Greetings" sets, I was super happy with the way this one came out!

Purchase any of the three featured sets this week and get a free card kit included, featuring a set of 6X6 patterned papers and coordinating embellishments.!!!

Now on to the rest of the hop, check out the {ippity} blog for the full hop listing!

Happy H{ippity} Hop Monday!!!

Good Morning everyone, hope you all had a wonderful weekend! The sun is shinning here in Jersey this morning, the snow is melting, it smells like spring...and I've officially sighted my first robin! I've had a pretty productive couple of days and have a few more cards to share with you. This first one was done for last week's {ippity} challenge, to use one of the splitcoast sketches. I used SC268 and the "what Matter's Most" set to come up with this card:

Next is a card I made using this week's SFYTT over at I heart 2 stamp. I used the "Love in return" set and the sentiment from "Music of my Heart" Paper is from SEI, love this little polka dots!

Finally, this card was based on the Friday Sketcher's challenge #91. Background PP is Basic Grey, stamps are from the "What Matters Most" and "Just Wanted To Say" sets. The card is glitzed up with some gold border stickers and loose glitter:

Thanks for stopping by and here's the link to my stamp{ippity} site, just in case you wanted to get a closer look at the stamp sets :)

Now off you go on the rest of the hop, the full list of participants is posted on the {ippity} blog, and your next stop is Audrey's blog!

A couple for 365!

Finally got a chance to make a few cards last night! (The olympics have seriously cut into my crafting time!) Counting down the time to this afternoon's game...Go USA! I worked on a few challenges from 365 cards last night. For day 360 we were to make a card using vibrant colors, a stamped image and scraplift a feature from the DT members card. Here's what I came up with:

I used my favorite Whipper Snapper image to make this spring card, the sentiment is from the (ippity} spring set. Papers are from SEI. The original card inspired me to use this fun piece of trim.

For day 363, we were challenged to make a clean and simple card and to use the DT member's card as inspiration again. I used the banner stamp from the "Love in Return" {ippity} set and the sentiment is from the "Music of my Heart" set. Paper is from basic grey, with a bit of rock candy stickles in the centers of the flowers.

Yeah I played with the new sets!!! Happy h{ippity} Hop Monday!!!

Finally! I thought I'd never get to play with these!!! I'll keep the chatter short this morning as I have several cards to share today! The first card has a background of distress inks and perfect pearls, copics to color in the stars and moons and is edged with gold acrylic paint:

Next,I reached for the "Music of my heart" set, a piece of little yellow bicycle patterned paper, some pearls and a scrap of lace..and inking and edging and distressing...

Then I decided to go simple with the "Where you Should be" set:

And finally, I pulled out an old favorite medium, shrink plastic, and made a re-enactment of my fish tank:

All 16 of the {ippity} stamp sets can be purchased on my Stampippity site. There's a link in my sidebar, there's a tab under my header and I'll even add a link right HERE. See how easy I make it for you, LOL! Now hop on over to the {ippity} blog to see who's next on the blog list!
