Rest and relaxation

Nothing like getting away for some good old R&R to recharge your batteries...was hard coming back to reality!  (my reality right now is a van load of stuff I have to unpack and put away...yuck!)  So, during camp I worked on several projects that I printed up ahead of time, using some templates from "My Time Made Easy"  - super fun, easy to follow directions and adorable designs, I had a blast making them!  First is a tool box that can be used to hold a variety of things - how cute would this be as a scrappy present filled with adhesives, or other tools? (it's surprisingly sturdy!)   I used the flower from the Now and Always set, and finished it up with some Echo Park paper and a felt border .

Next is a cute little gift box with a wavy, slip cover top - super cute design!  I decorated it with some MME paper, lovely trim and a button and made a tag with the Happy Birthday stamp from Life's Little Moments.

The list of hop participants can be found on the ippity blog as always, The stamp sets used (as well as many other sets and tools to make your life easier) are available for purchase on my {ippity} site.   thanks for stopping by, till next time...

Wooohoooo for Fridays!

Hello everyone, happy Friday!!!  Welcome to another FWF!  Yesterday evening I went up to my scrap room with full intentions to complete a brand new project for today, but unfortunately, I wasn't feeling it and now I have 4 different cards, partially completed, sitting on my desk, waiting for inspiration to strike.  ah well, maybe the weekend will bring a bit of mojo!  So, this morning, I scoured through my computer, looking for something I hadn't posted as yet on my blog.  Here we go, First, a simple little card using the leaves from the "Where You Should be" set and the sentiment from the "Life's Little Moments" set. I was busy with my heat gun on this one, the sentiment, the bronze edge and the leaves are all embossed.

Next is a simple little CAS card with some Pebbles, Inc. paper, the sentiment from the "Now and Always" set and a glimmery sheer ribbon.

Thanks for stopping by, have fun on the rest of the hop and enjoy your weekend!
Full listing of FWF participants can be found...Here!
The stamps used on these cards (and many more) are available for purchase...Here!

Till next time...

and finally, what you've all been waiting for (and, I'm sure much more apt to put a smile on your face than any silly post title I could come up with):

Happy sunny Monday!!!

Time for another H{ippity} hop blog hop, I'm glad you came by! This week I got out my bind-it-all to create a class for the ladies at the monthly crop and came up with two projects. First, I made a simple little To Do list using the list stamp in the "Love in Return" set:

Next is a gatefold album which holds 24 6x4 pictures. I used the dotted background stamp from the "love in Return" set and the beautiful sentiment from the "Life's Little Moment's" set:

This week, purchase the "Love in Return" set and get a free card kit included, featuring a set of 6X6 patterned papers and coordinating embellishments.!!!

H{ippity} Hop Reveal Day!

Happy Monday Morning, here we are, finally, the day everyone's waited for - the 2010 winter collection is here! All the new sets have been posted on my {ippity} site - remember to click on the pictures to get a more detailed view. I am so excited to have these sets in my hot little hands - they were just delivered this morning, so no time to play with them yet; I can't decide which one I want to try first! (but I have to say, I absolutely LOVE the scalloped border stamps in the Spring set!)

Today, I'm sharing a birthday card I made using the flower from the "Because of You" set and the date background stamp from the "Life's Little Moment's" set, based on a sketch challenge at Stamp TV. More BoBunny scraps and a bit of bling from a Spica pen:

Don't forget to visit the {ippity} blog for the full list of participating blog links!

Welcome to another H{ippity} hop blog hop! 1/18/10

Good Monday morning everyone, it's time for another {ippity} hop! (I actually almost look forward to Mondays now) This week I've got a card and a layout to share with you. Yes, after several months I finally got a page done! I used some Sassafras lass for the background and October Afternoon accents (PP and stickers - one of the background blocks for the title is actually cut from the packaging of the OA stickers) The stamps I used were from the "Life's Little Moments" and "Alphabetically Adorable" sets. I have both of these sets in stock and they can be found on my {ippity}sales blog, right here!

The card is part of a class I'll be giving at the Rockaway crop: if your in Jersey, check out the details on the meetup group! We'll be using the "Because of you" scroll flower, a resist technique and distressing to create this card:

We will be making 4 cards and a cute little box, just the right size to hold A2 size cards:

Thanks for stopping by - your comments are bound to bring me a little sunshine on this dreary day! Remember to check out the {ippity} blog for the complete list of hop participants this week!
